We collect information necessary to deliver, manage, and secure our property portal. This includes:

Personal Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and emergency contact details.
Subdivision & Unit Registry Data: Unit numbers, subdivision names, vehicle registration plate details, and guard logs.
Financial Transactions: Invoice summaries, amount paid records, and PayMongo transaction references (we do not store credit card numbers directly).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is collected and processed for the following purposes:

To process dues, rent, and reservation collections securely.
To issue SMS notifications for emergency alerts, billing reminders, and visitor pass approvals.
To maintain property ledgers, guest histories, and vehicle permissions for subdivisions.
To comply with property compliance reporting requirements under R.A. 9904.

3. Data Protection and Multi-Tenant Isolation

We use state-of-the-art security measures to safeguard all community databases. Each community's data is logically separated and encrypted in transit and at rest to ensure that residents and admins cannot access another subdivision's databases or accounting ledgers.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Integrations

We only share data with verified payment channels (like PayMongo for GCash/Maya settlements) and communication providers (like Semaphore PH for SMS alerts) to perform necessary service operations. We never sell or rent your personal or community data to advertisers.
